GROUP RESERVATIONS WITH SHELTER:

A secluded location, yet easily accessible to all 4 of our pools.  The perfect destination for sharing fun times with your friends. 

  • Any patron may use the shelter impromptu for free as long as it is not previously reserved.
  • Members and Non-members may reserve shelter in advance
  • $10/hr for ½ shelter (groups up to 75 people)
  • $20/hr for full shelter (groups over 75 require full shelter, no groups over 150)
  • Non-members participating in shelter reservations are charged $4/person guest fee, with a maximum of $300 guest fee/group/event.
    • Guest fee applies to all non-members regardless of intention to swim.
    • Non-members must sign in on a separate shelter reservation sheet upon arrival or office can be provided with a list of non-members to check off.
    • $4 non-member guest fee must be paid by party in advance, or at the end of the party when the exact non-member tally is known.  We will not collect from each individual non-member upon their arrival.
      • Pre-payment can be adjusted up or down at the end of the reservation depending upon actual non-member registration.
    • $25/event fee for use of our portable PA system.
  • Deposit:  Shelter fee only is required to hold a reservation.  100% refundable before 36 hrs until reservation, 50% refundable with less than 36 hours notice.
  • No reservations will be accepted for Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) or during Tuesday Hot Dog Nights.  All use on these days is first come, first served.  No setting aside tables for future patrons more than ½ hour before their arrival.      

Spring and Fall shelter use, when pool is not open, is available for only the hourly fee.

GROUP RESERVATIONS WITHOUT SHELTER:  Groups over 10, may arrange for use of the pool during pool hours, without the shelter.  Pre-registration is required.

  • Non-members will be charged the “Senior” gate fee.  Pre-payment and guest list may be requested.
  • All non-members, regardless of intent to swim must pay gate fee.
  • Groups may not exceed 75
  • Any tables and shelters are not reserved for these groups.
  • No reservations will be accepted for Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) or during Tuesday Hot Dog Nights.  All use on these days is first come, first served.  No setting aside tables for future patrons more than ½ hour before their arrival.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

  •  $8/person
    • Members and non-members eating, regardless of intention to swim
    • Includes non-member gate fee
    • Includes meal; hotdog or ½ pizza, drink, popcorn
    • Non-members not eating and not swimming pay ½ regular gate fee.
  • Reserved table(s) in picnic or concession shelters for max of 3 hrs.
    • Use of the picnic shelter can not be specified in advance, unless they want to pay the shelter hourly rate.
  • No reservations will be accepted for Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) or during Tuesday Hot Dog Nights.  All use on these days is first come, first served.  No setting aside tables for future patrons more than ½ hour before their arrival.

Release of All Claims and Promise Not to Sue 

            As a participant in this and any other programs of Swiminc Inc, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks and I agree to assume all such risks including any damages resulting from physical injuries, death, loss of services or consortium, loss or damage to property, or any other loss which I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with Swiminc Inc and its programs.

            In consideration of Swiminc Inc accepting me or my child’s registration, and with the intent to be legally bound, I hereby, for myself, for my child, all heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby forever release, waive and relinquish all claims I have or may have as a result of participating in this and all other programs of Swiminc Inc.  Furthermore, I promise not to sue Swiminc Inc and agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Swiminc Inc and its officers, agents, servants, employees and insurers, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or causes of action resulting from physical injuries, including death, loss of services or consortium,, loss or damage to property, or any other loss which I may have or my child may have, or which may accrue to me on account of my participation in this and all other programs of Swiminc Inc.
