OUR PROMISE TO YOU

At the Worthington Pools, it is our goal for every child to have a positive and rewarding experience.  If your child is not feeling comfortable for any reason, we are proud to offer our 3 Lesson Guarantee.

We also offer refunds and credits for students unable to participate in lessons.   

3 Lesson Guarantee:

If, after 3 lessons, you are not satisfied with the instruction your child is receiving, you can withdraw immediately and receive a full Refund or Credit.

We do not guarantee that your child will master any particular set of skills, but we can guarantee that the learning environment we provide will elicit learning in a progressive, child-centered manner.  The speed of mastering any skill depends on many factors, including but not limited to; age, motor development, natural ability, practice time, and each individuals own motivation, focus and effort applied.

It is required that you report problems immediately to any of our on-deck personnel.  Any situation more than 7 days old is considered expired and ineligible for refund.  In addition, if our attendance records indicate that you continued to participate in classes after the problem arose, and before reporting to us, those services are determined to be satisfactory. 

Lesson Refund Policy:

            A full REFUND will be given if withdrawl is requested more than one week prior to the start date of the session.

              A lesson CREDIT will be given if withdrawl is requested from one week prior to the start of session through the third class of the sessoin.

               A Full or Partial Credit will be given after the thrid class, as approved, for emergencies only.  (family tragedy, medica, etc)
