Turtle Eggs
Ages 3-5yrs. The child is uncomfortable in the water and may need caregiver as an aide in the water for part of the session. For the summer months, we do allow children under the age of 3 to enroll in our morning Turtle Egg classes

Guppy
Ages 4yrs and up. The child is uncomfortable in the water but able to take lessons independent of the caregiver.

Tutle
Ages 4yrs and up. Child must be able to blow bubbles for 5 sec, completely submerge head for 3 sec, jump into 3ft deep water, swim 5 sec with whole face in water and be comfortable floating on back.

Junior Porpoise
Prerequisites: completion of level 2; ability to swim 15 feet independently with any combination of arms, legs and rudimentary breathing. Goal is to learn timing, technique and endurance of front stroke in a slow, supportive fashion. This class is intended for the younger swimmer who is not ready for the increased demands of level 3.

Porpoise
Ages 5yrs and up. Child must be able to float on front and back for 5 sec, swim front and back crawl for 15 ft without stopping, and able to kick with a kickboard for 15 yards.

Whale
Ages 5yrs and up. Child must be able to do front crawl with rotary breathing for 15 yards, tread water 30 sec and swim backstroke 15 yards.

Shark
Ages 6yrs and up. Child must be able to do front crawl and backstroke 25 yards, breaststroke and elem backstroke for 15 yards, plus tread water and back float for 1 min. Level 6 swimmers will be asked to demonstrate skills for longer distances and durations. This class may be repeated to help build strength and endurance.

Must have Level 4 skills and interest in developing your competitive strokes; free,back, breast and fly, along with starts and turns. Designed for summer swim team members who want continued competitive instruction between summer seasons.
Learn competitive diving. Ready to learn forward flips and more. Not a class for those who cannot already do a spring dive off a diving board.
